XstremeMD was awarded the medical service provider contract by SBM Offshore to support the Stones development project in the Gulf of Mexico. The Stones development is located in 2,896m (9500ft) of water approximately 320km (200 miles) offshore Louisiana in the Walker Ridge area. When installed, the Stones Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) will be the deepest FPSO development in the world.

XstremeMD broke ground on their new facilities located at 1028 Forum Dr. Broussard, LA 70518. The new facilities contain approximately 17,000 square feet and the majority of the square footage is dedicated towards educational services and patient care. The facility contains a five room, 24/7/365 outpatient clinic, which will initially only be accessible to XstremeMD’s current customer employees.

An Air Evac medical helecopter takes off from it's pad next to Dimmit County Regional Hospital, answering a call for a major vehicle accident on Texas Highway 85 about 3 miles out of Carrizo Springs involving an 18 wheeler and a vehicle owned by Chesapeake Energy. One patient was transported by air to a hospital in San Antonio.
